Yum Alert: Red Velvet Crepes

Written by Ashley

Hey… stop drooling on your keyboard.

Interested in the art of crepes? Yup… me also. It’s a time-honored Frenchie tradition that I became ultimately captivated with long ago, but even moreso after my recent trip to France… where they became all I ate.  This recipe for a twist on the traditional has blown my mind in ways you can’t even imagine.  Delectable & rich, you never thought crepes could get any better… until they became Red Velvet. Filled with Mascarpone. Covered in Chocolate Ganache.  Ugh, it’s heaven.

Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 3 tablespoons sugar
– 2  cups butter milk
