So, in preparation for this weekend, I considered compiling a Power Hour Playlist. For those of you who actually studied in college or drank girlie drinks, power hour is a drinking game where you play a cd or playlist or what have you but only play each song for one minute, when the song changes you must do a shot of beer. You continue this process for an hour or until sufficiently pre-gamed drunk enough to go to the bar/game/party. Well, to my utter amazement I instead stumbled upon this gem.. the Greatest DVD Ever. This is not me exaggerating the level of awesome the DVD is, that is the actual title. Greatest DVD Ever. For $10, you can get this DVD that essentially is your Power Hour Playlist, except in video form. But instead of playing music, it plays scenes from some awesome movies for a minute, separated by scenes from the Simpsons that signifies that you must take another shot. It also keeps  a little shot counter on the corner of the screen so you know what minute you are up to.
If you are a movie buff who also enjoys doin a little weekend drankin, like my friends are (I’m talking to you, Michael) then this is perhaps the best idea ever. The best part about this is that the clips are scenes that you never get tired of seeing, they are the ones you quote non-stop so this will never get old. You can buy just the DVD for $10 or 2 dvds and a shot glass for $16. Get on it, people, and enjoy a weekend full of laughs and lovely drunkenness with friends.
