Move Over Martha

I don’t know if your like me but I enjoy getting my girlfriends cute little presents on Valentine’s Day, after all they are your true soulmates right?Â I also love to be creative and have dreams of becoming Martha Stewart, minus the jail time, and make all types of lavish decorations for my home. Unfortunately I tend to procrastinate, never leaving me enough time to make that centerpiece out of a flower pot, wire, and fake leaves. Or I tend to be short on money leavingÂ my friends with yet another set of bath bubbles.

Thankfully, this year I have found BlueDogz Designs, a company that specializes in little gifts made of recycled wood that is painted with delicious designs but still won’t break the bank! Their gift boxes come in many different sizes and designs perfect for holding chocolates, jewelery, gift cards, or picture frames. And all the boxes had a pretty ribbon wrapped around them.Â I personally love them as table settings and putting little chocolates inside of them or taking the bigger ones and putting in old fashioned picture frames.

Along with getting my friends a little wooden box I would also get them the magnetic clipboards with notepads that also come in many fun designs. Then I can top it off with the pretty name tags which are also made out of recyled wood. Ahh the perfect gift and it doesn’t involve any type of bath soap.

Now that I have the gift I need to wrap it and I have found the most creative wrapping ever known to mankind…intorducing BOBO! No it is not a blow-up clown that you can hit. It is an environmental-friendly wrapping scarf that is so easy to use and looks fabulous at the same time. Wrapping a gift with this is like giving two gifts! When I say that BOBO is another gift, I really mean it. It can be untied and retied to decorate baskets, tissue boxes, it even shows you how to make a purse out of it! I saw the tissue box and felt pure joy, I do not know how I have lived without having a BOBO in my life!
