Who doesn’t want to get rid of that unsightly fat around their waist? Whether you’ve got a bit of a muffin top or just some extra-visible love handles, it’s time to get rid of the flab the healthy, natural way! Eat the foods that shrink love handles and watch them melt away (well, with a mild amount of exercise, too).

  1. Dairy — A glass of milk, a bowl of yoghurt, and a slice of cheese can all help to shrink those love handles, or so the experts say.   • Dark chocolate im sold ! hahah. Im doing the ethosien diet and i have lsot 34 lbs so far 16 more to go , if eating chocolate will get me there im all for the sacrifice. 😛
