Drinking. One of my most cherished lifestyle choices, and most fulfilling pass times, has now become good for society. Well, ultimately, it’s good when I start off happy hour, lunch time, Thursday etc with one of the amazingly delish recipes below, all including the first quinoa-based vodka AND the first fairtrade certified vodka in the world.   FAIR’s light and premium flavor incorporates a smooth texture with good vibes, in allowing coveted Bolivian farmers to provide FAIR’s French distillers their high-quality Andes based Quinoa. This stuff, classified technically as ‘cereal’ is a staple of the Andean people, and is now a staple in my liquor cabinet.   We’re glad to see such high standards AND high quality put in to an equally generous and thoughtful product chain.
