Ben & Jerry’s : Vermont is for Hubbys

We love Ben & Jerry’s for their delish choice of ice-creamy-swirls, their hippy-dippy Vermont roots, and their social activism.

And for September, socially anyway, we will be eating GAY Ben & Jerry’s!  They have renamed their tried and true top seller ‘Chubby Hubby’, ‘Hubby Hubby’.

Ben & Jerry’s reps said,  “From the very beginning of our 30 year history, we have supported equal rights for all people. The legalization of marriage for gay and lesbian couples in Vermont is certainly a step in the right direction and something worth celebrating with peace, love and plenty of ice cream.”

Will this make us want to partake in Gay marital bliss? Maybe.  I mean Ben & Jerry always looked quite bilssful.

Anyone up for a road trip to VT, so Steph & I can get hitched?
