Chances are, if you moved away from home at the age of 18, you have probably lived in your share of small apartments. If you moved to New York, you probably still live in tiny studio walk-up, and possibly share a bathroom with your entire floor.
I was lucky enough to get a large enough apartment, but my living room is roughly the size of one of Jennifer Lopez’s butt cheeks. Regardless of the size of your space, you must decorate it well. These tips and tricks should help you navigate those waters, because contrary to what you might think, decorating a small space is much different from designing a large one.
