One of my favorite happy hour treats is a lychee martini. KOI Restaurant provided me with a REALLY easy recipe that can ease the mind of the most novice of at home bartenders.
1 ½ oz Lychee Puree
1 ½ oz Vodka
Shake; serve up in martini glass and garnish with lychee fruit.
