Yum Alert: Frozen Cherry Mojitos

Written by emilyc

A love a drink that’s as pretty as it is delicious, which is why I’m all about frozen cherry mojitos right now. I find the usual mojito to be a little boring and, well, ugly, so cherries are a welcome addition! Drink this to refresh any humid day. Recipe and image via My Baking Addiction.

Ingredients:

1 pound bag frozen pitted cherries
3 cups crushed ice, plus extra to serve if desired
1/2 cup packed fresh mint leaves
1 cup white rum
Lime Simple Syrup, recipe follows
Lime wedges and fresh cherries, for garnish

Lime Simple Syrup Ingredients:
