Yum Alert: Fresh Mango Dumplings

Written by Casey

Delicious and healthy recipe for Fresh Mango Dumplings

These are my two favorite things in one. Mangos, and Asian food. Since I’m a vegetarian it’s hard to indulge is Asian cuisine all the time, but this is just too good not try. Also, mad props for the person who decided to put two and two together to create this heavenly dish.

These Fresh Mango Dumplings are best served with a tangy homemade lime syrup and a sprinkling of shredded coconut. Steam like pot-stickers or pre-bake the skins for a crisp version. This delicious treat is dairy, nut and egg free.
