Yum Alert: Baby Baked Cobblers

The perfect picnic pick-me-up.

Not Martha is beyond genius, concocting delicious baked goods in to small, individual Mason jars for easy baby-sized consumption, with big boy bite. These also give you the ability to throw these in your bag & bike to your local picnic spot without the threat of blueberry flying everywhere. I’m in.

Blueberry Cobbler in Jars

Filling ( for 2 batches)

  • 1/3 cup (3.5 ounces) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • pink salt
  • 6 cups (30 ounces) fresh blueberries, or 36 ounces frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
