I wish I could make more time to spend with my kids and my mom. :'( Some of us are in NY and some in Cali. That makes it so hard. But I am blessed that we are close and keep in touch by phone almost everyday.

I sincerely wish I could take out more time to myself. I feel like women in general are always so busy running errands, being a chauffeur, helping kids with homework, cleaning, cooking, having careers, or doing something for everyone else but themselves. My new year’s resolution this year was to schedule time for myself whether its a few minutes here or a few minutes there. So far, I haven’t been the best at it but with Spring cleaning and the warm weather I can’t wait to take walks, enjoy the river, and enjoy some more “me” time. I wish I could take more time to volunteer. I know it sounds cheesy, but when I was younger I had more time. I felt evenly spread with friends, family, school and volunteer work. Now I find it difficult to find time to do many things that I used to. Naps would be good too. 🙂
