What to do When Your Man Has Boobs

Written by Bryce

Man boobs, medically known as gynecomastia, are on the rise.  Why are more men developing healthy B-cups and beyond?  There are a lot of theories out there including hormones in our meat and dairy products, to the easy-to-see reality that Americans are heavier than ever.  This condition is mostly an aesthetic concern, but can affect your man’s mindset considerably.  He’s likely to tense in bed from not wanting to disrobe, unlikely to get excited for a beach vacation, and just downright pissy when it comes to the v-neck t-shirt trend.

So what to do?  We spoke with a variety of doctors and all said the same sad news: diet, exercise, and the last resort is breast reduction surgery.  To avoid surgery, your man can eat his veggies can try some chest exercises.  We suggest anything that engages the pectoral muscles, like the chest press move pictured below.

And if all that doesn’t work, and you don’t want to go down the surgery road (sounds painful!), you can always get the new line of suck-it-all-in Spanx tees for men.  No, that’s not a joke.  Spanx have been keeping your cottage-cheese thighs in check for years, so it’s about time that they came out with a line to help hide your man’s mammaries.

This $58 “Cotton Compression Crew” will help your man feel his manliest.
