Travel Spotting: Where to Wear Your Neons- Cinque Terre, Italy

Written by Gary

Everywhere I look, splashes of neon color are assaulting my eyes. This color trend is  so hot that even people in Florida are already embracing it, and making me incredibly dizzy in the process. So where is the perfect place to wear this color trend? Somewhere you can blend in with the buildings of course!

Cinque Terre, Italy is situated on a rugged cliff-faced portion of the Italian Riviera. It consists of five villages painted in beautiful, colorful hues. It took centuries for the people of Cinque Terre to carefully build terraces into the landscape overlooking the sea. This place is so secluded that cars can’t even get there from the outside and the various quaint villages are connected by paths, trains, and boats.

It is the perfect place for a great getaway, unless you (like me) are trying to get away from color.

I wrote this while wearing my neon glasses.

Call me a hypocrite. You will be right.
