Travel Spotting: Ice Hôtel de Glace in Quebec, CanadaBy Tanner • Dec 4th, 2011 • Category: Decor, FOOD AND TRAVEL, Hotels, Interiors, Vacations
Ever wonder what it would be like to spend the night in a room made completely of ice and snow? Personally I can’t imagine anything more stunning. Luckily for you, me and the rest of the world, the team behind the ice Hôtel de Glace in Quebec, Canada is working hard to make this arctic dream a reality. From January through the month of March, enjoy the leisure of sprawling on fur blanket draped over a block-of-ice bed or sipping on cool cocktails at the legendary ice bar (completely made of ice!). Rooms run around $732.75 for a regular room and $782.75 for a themed suite (most random prices ever? Canada, need I say more). But don’t just take my word for it, book a room for yourself and and ‘chill’ out in this chic hotel in French Canada!

He stays hydrated in the heat drinking coconut flavored anything and warm in the cold by cocooning himself in layers of his hand knit scarves. His current obsession? Mixing his drink with equal parts of Diet Sierra Mist and the Dolly Parton station on Pandora
