Santra, this pretty female brown bear resident of the Ahtari zoo in Finland, is known to practice Yoga on a daily basis. According to the zoo staff, she calmly stretches for about 15 minutes every time she wakes up from a nap. Another great example of how sometimes looking at animals can tell you straight what’s good for you. Down bear! 🙂
