Some Inventors Have Too Much Time

Written by Gary

This seems about right for Brooklynites

So here is the thing. I understand designing and changing things from an aesthetic perspective. I understand taking something that already works and making it work better.  I do not however, understand what the point of creating this awkward-looking less ergonomnic monstrosity of a bicycle.

It not only looks like it could fold in on itself and break at any moment, but I am pretty sure that the fact that it is all white is racist. It would also get dirty really easily. If a Dyke on a bike showed up to a pride parade on this thing she would be laughed right out of her sleeveless flannel parka. The only place that this bike would work is Japan–land of all things cool looking, but ultimately impractical.
