While I grew up, a young girl surrounded by muscle-y brawny brothers & a athlete for a father, I fondly remember giving them all an ultimatum. I’ll go play soccer with you in the park on one condition. There better be some light up sneakers on my feet. That’s right… I want my heels to GLOW. My wishes came true, and a long career of playing soccer (badly) while blinding other kids & my family ruled my active life.
