Shoe Spotting: Shop for Shoes & Get Drunk in Brooklyn

Written by Ashley

80%20 will get you drunk and hooked up in Shoe Market, Brooklyn

80%20’s “Kip”  tumbled nubuck with contrast platform [$185.00 buy]

80%20 has become one of my go-to designers for a good shoe that will last through seasons of wear and tear, with added sass. Their Fal 2011 jazz does not disappoint, with some of these hidden platforms and down to earth (and not so down to earth, as seen in the insane & beutiful sky-high “Kip” platform above).

80%20’s “Eliotte Wool” desert boot [$120 buy]

If you’ll be frolicking for entertainment in Williamsburg, in on Thursday, November 10, stop in to Shoe Market (right off the Bedford Ave L), to score major deals on these and the rest of Fall 2011’s line, as well as a killer 15% off any of the Holiday 2011 styles that night. Not sold yet? You can kickstart happy hour with music, wine, beer and a chance to meet the 80%20 designer from 6-8. Fall boot shopping just got a whole lot more fun.
