Believe it or not, we’ll soon be able to wear open-toed shoes and even sandals again. If you’re totally over winter boots, let these be your inspiration to hold on until spring. I’m happy that Alexander Wang is giving us a little throwback to last spring’s neon revolution, but don’t worry – in the words of Rihanna, these shoes are “phresh out the runway” of Spring 2013.
