Rub A Dub Dub

Written by Bryce

Rub a dub, dub, Bryce in a tub.  I love long, soothing baths.  I also love long, soothing showers.  Lately there are a few products that I absolutely can’t wait to use when I get done with a long day of work, caring for baby, or just the usual stress!

Patyka’s amazing line of ORGANIC shower gels… especially this one in Tangerine!  For $29 you’ll feel like your whole body is being transported to somewhere delicious and fragrant.  Use it as a typical body wash, or, do as I do… pour a capful under running water and create an aromatic steam effect!

On days when I have a little more time, I love to sit back and soak into a long bath infused with tub tea.  Tub teas rock my world, and this one by Bath by Bettijo smells heavenly.  This jar of tub tea is enough to infuse 30 baths with the invigorating scents of eucalyptus and spearmint.  $24 well spent, I’d say.  And, this makes a kickass gift for a housewarming, girlfriend, best gay guy pal, etc.

And, lastly, on days when there’s just ZERO time to take a long bath… there’s always the long shower!  For that, I turn to my lovely triple milled bar soap by Thymes.  These soaps are solid 8 ounce bars of joy (and they happen to last at least a few weeks, even with my twice daily bathing).  I happen to love the “Naia” scent for it’s fresh aroma.  This lightly scented soap is complimented by energizing Yerba Mate, and is 100% paraben free!
