Progress Report: Almost Done With Tria Age Defying Laser

Written by Bryce

A few weeks ago I started using the Tria Age-Defying Laser to turn back the clock on my skin– between turning 30, working crazy hours, kids and travel it was all just starting to add up to a bad “your skin is getting dull and aging” equation. Not cute, but, the Tria Age-Defying Laser is definitely doing something. Let’s recap what I’ve experienced so far, and check out my before/after shot below where you can totally notice the texture and radiance of my skin has really improved.

Before and after stage 2 of Tria Age Defying Laser

Training Level 1. I used the Age-Defying Laser a couple weeks at the lowest setting to sort of “train” my skin for the collagen-boosting-goodness to come in more advanced weeks. You should go up to Level 2 and 3 as soon as you feel ready because the best results are achieved when you treat at the higher levels. I liked this stage. After my nightly cleansing, I just turned on the machine, brushed it over my face as per the instructions and a couple minutes later I was off to bed or finishing my final cup of herbal tea and spending too much time on social media (I could lie to you and say I was meditating and reading books, but, why lie?).

Level 2. I love this stage– it’s more intense and I can feel the Age-Defying Laser going to town on my skin, making the kinds of beautiful behind-the-scenes cell turnover things that might only happen to babies and supermodels under normal conditions. The first stage was sort of a mild tingly sensation, but on Level 2, you get to feel a more intense nearly-rubber-bands-snapping-on-your-skin sensation. While that may not sound like a calm night in to some, that’s exactly the kind of action you need to know that something is really happening to your skin. It’s not just another promise-false-results face cream– it’s a real laser, doing the same kinds of things you’d find at a derm’s office. I use it, as directed, five out of seven nights a week (even skin deserves a weekend, #amiright?), and love slathering on the post treatment Age-Defying Finishing Serum after. It calms my slightly-reddened skin down almost immediately.

In the few weeks I’ve been using it, I’ve noticed that my skin definitely has more of a natural glow to it. I told my best friend this past weekend that while you don’t feel like your skin age is magically cut in half, you do see REAL, gradual results over the course of the few weeks, and that’s enough for me to be enthusiastic about. I would totally recommend it to women who want to go lighter on makeup during the summer months, as well.

I was coasting by on foundation and powder dreams all through the colder months, but with the added skin radiance I’m on a healthier skin diet of BB cream and mascara until further notice.

This post was sponsored, but these are my real feelings and opinions, and my real results.

  • I’m sorry, I don’t see any difference in your face in your before and after pictures and your before picture is set back, not close up like the after picture. I’d like to see a close up before and after picture with your hair tied back. I was thinking of getting one of these lasers and was excited to find someone who had used it and had a before and after picture, but until I can find an actual picture that you can tell a difference in someones face, I’m not spending that kind of money for a product that I’m not at least 99% sure it works.

  • I commented and waited and waited for approval. I left a comment that said that I can’t see a difference between your before and after picture and that I’d like to see one with your hair pulled back and both of the pictures close up like your after picture above. I won’t buy a product that I’m not at lease 99% sure it does some good. I was excited to find your site with before and after pictures but then I couldn’t tell anything. Until I see picture proof that this laser works, I won’t be spending my hard earned money on something so expensive.
