Ladies & ‘Gentleman’ : Jack Daniels Holiday Drinks

Written by Ashley

The holidays, well really …. and days, are super appropriate for drinking whiskey. If you’re a hardcore fan, you’re already familiar with Gentleman Jack – the RARE whiskey . If not? Here’s your introduction. As long as you’re not ‘that guy’ at the holiday party doing to macarena with a lampshade on their head at the office party… introducing Jack Daniels & Gentleman Jack , Jack’s super-premium double filtered extension,  in to your holiday routine isn’t such a bad idea, with these delicious and easy to mix beverages.

And, from a whiskey lover to you, I have tried these out, and give them two, kind of drunken, thumbs up.

Tennessee Chocolate Mint Manhattan

  • 2 ounces Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey
  • 1 ounce white crème de cacao
  • ½ ounce white crème de menthe

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a floating fresh mint leaf.

Gentleman Jack & Berries

  • 1 ½ ounces Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey
  • ½ ounce Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • 1 ½ ounces cranberry juice
  • Red raspberries (for garnish)

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass. Serve up, garnished with 2 red raspberries.

Apple Jack ( pitcher)

1 1/2 cups Jack Daniels
6 cups quality mulled apple cider
1 1/2 cups ice

Serve chilled with cinnamon with cinnamon sticks in the glass to stir, or skip the ice and serve warm after a long day of sledding on a chilly night.
