Scotland condenses the herb garden; NYC apartment dwellers rejoices.

Keep summer cooking flavorful with homemade herbs, no garden required

Whirligo feels the pain of NYC space, or lack thereof, all the way from the UK.  Have a fire escape, a big window or a little bit of grass, and you’re in biz. All one needs is a little sunlight, a little love, a couple of seeds and some water to get started.  Handmade in Scotland, this thing takes up a little more than 3 sq. feet, and grows up to 30 plants to keep herbs in full bloom. BONUS: It’s super modern looking, and keeping plants above ground will alleviate pest nonsense, too. Scottish people are so smart.
