Yoga mats aren’t just for yoga. You can do all kinds of at home or in the office friendly exercising on a yoga mat without having to go to the gym. I do all kinds of crunches, lunges, push-ups and head stands. The best part is that you can throw a mat down, work out for ten minutes and get back to whatever else you were doing.
