Looking for the perfect Halloween cocktail to serve at upcoming festivities? Here it is! This refreshingly dry Daiquiri Noir is made with Brugal Extra Dry Rum and evokes both the colors and flavors of fall – perfect for spicing up any Halloween fête.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Brugal Extra Dry Rum

.5 oz. Ramazzotti Amaro

.75 oz. Lime Juice

.75 oz. Simple Syrup

6 Chunks Muddled Pineapple

Dash Angostura Bitters

Muddle pineapple & bitters in a cocktail shaker. Add Brugal, lime juice & simple syrup and shake hard with ice. Fine strain, pour Ramazzotti Amaro into the drink as a float. Garnish with a mint leaf.
