Got Coats? Donate Them!

Written by Danielle

Could you imagine enduring this season’s coldest days without a proper coat? I sure as heck can’t, but the sad truth is that many people living in New York City don’t have to imagine it – they live it. ‘Tis the season of giving, so give to a cause and donate any gently used coats you might be willing to part ways with at any of the following locations around the city:

Weekdays 7:30 – 9:30AM (Morning Commute Only)

Grand Central Terminal (Graybar Passage)

New York Penn Station (LIRR and Amtrak Terminals)

New York Port Authority Bus Terminal (Main concourse, 42nd St)

Weekdays 7:30AM – 3:00PM

U.S. Coast Guard Recruiting and Service Center (next to Staten Island Ferry, Manhattan side)

Anytime

All New York City Police Precincts

Janovic Paint and Decorating Centers

All Oz Moving and Storage locations

The Pond at Bryant Park (42nd St & 6th Ave)

Time Warner Cable Stores

I know I’ll be donating some coats of my own, so jump on the bandwagon and warm someone up this holiday season!  🙂

  • Hi there. I think you could also make more of it through a bigger exposure about \”ts? Donate Them! | The Luxury Spot\”. Perhaps you can have some grand avenue chocolates.
