  • 1. Moisturize – everyday (even if you have oily skin, if you dry out too much your skin will produce more oil to compensate) Also, if you’re too dry you can get pimples that won’t break the surface and that can be problematic.

    2. Exfoliate (once or twice a week MAX)

    3. SUNSCREEN!!! I mean it people – I would have a lot less sun damage if I didn’t bake myself for 40 years. I still look pretty good BUT, imagine how good I’d look if I had just used sunscreen with all my skincare.

Oh, and drink lots of water. Staying hydrated keeps those tiny lines plumped out.

(and YES! I remembered to type in the darn captcha code this time LOL)

  • I take lots of vitamins, drink lot of coconut water to keep hydrated, make sure that I wash my face in the am and pm!! I also use my Clarsonic scrubbing brush and always alway moisturize. In the morning and at night. I’m 41 and I am always confused as my 24 & 22 yr old daughters sister. Oh and btw, a little exercise doesn’t hurt. 🙂

  • I wash my face 3 x times a day. After washing I put on moisturizer and eye primer each time. When I go outside I make sure I put sunblock on and if I lay out at the beach I also cover my face. I exfolixate every 3 to 4 days when my skin needs. My skin on my face means everything to me and when people comment on how great my skin looks, it makes me feel very good inside.

  • Hi,
I have certain steps that I do everyday I wash my face 3x a day. Then I put moisturizer and eye syrum. After the syrum dries I put a good eye cream for the night. Every two months I change my brand of products so that my face does not get too use to it.
Three times a week I exfoliate and I always wear suncreen on my face and chest. If I lay out in the sun my face is covered up. Everyone laughs about this one.

  • My secret is Skinceuticals C+E ferulic serum – works wonders for the skin tone. Also, getting enough sleep is the best way to put a good face forward.

  • I always wear sunscreen, even during the winter. I drink plenty of water, use witch hazel on my neck, chest, and face everday after washing my face with a mild soap. I exfoliate twice a week. All serums are used at night before I go to bed after I have washed my face.

  • Moisturize/sunscreen every day, plenty of water, never sleep with makeup on, at least 7 hours of sleep a night, and a healthy diet. Also, wear sunglasses every time you go outside to keep you from squinting and protect the skin around your eyes.

  • I can’t live without my Clarisonic, face building exercises & regular facials!! I eat lots of fresh fruit like blueberries, blackberries & raspberries…they all have antioxidents & vitamins that are great for the skin.Of course drinking lots of water & always using moisturizer are essential.

  • I have very oily skin. To keep my skin looking nice and not oily , I use a mask made of fresh strawberries and plain unsweetened yogurt.
