I listen to a lot of music.
As a family I make hot chocolate, homemade soups, cupcakes, chili, muffins, tea, we put on our long johns, and watch movies under our heavy comforters and flannel sheets. The more people to cuddle with the warmer and the more hot food in your body you will be warm all winter. But this winter has been amazing!

I take my dog for a walk everyday. I think getting outside, some sun when possible is good for you. It makes me accept its winter and I will appreciated the spring that much more.
In Fla I’m able to do some gardening since it’s not so hot.

i try to stay home most days and cuddle up under a comforter and simply watch TV!
I make sure I hit the gym so that winter bulge doesn’t creep on. I also make sure I hit the slopes and enjoy the fun winter sports!

Well, it hasn’t been a terrible winter here at all, but usually I ESCAPE to somewhere warm, even if it is for a few days.

This winter has been pretty good in the weather department but still the darkness…
… to keep happy I make the best use of the afternoon sun coming through my bedroom windows (raises eyebrow and winks). ;-D You know what they say about “frost on the pumpkin”.

Well, it’s pretty dreary here – usual gray skies and damp – could use some shine in my life – already like BB & TLS on FB –
I make sure to get pedicures and dream about the day I can wear sandals again!
We have had great weather but try to walk mid day to get some sun and light

PS – I stay happy in the winter months by indulging in hot cocoa stuffed with fat marshmallows.
You really want to know what I do to keep myself happy during the long winter months? You asked for it….I take lots of long, hot, steamy baths with “Steve.”
He’s been a constant companion of mine since I was in my early twenties. Ha! 🙂

I usually turn the heat way up, put on some uptempo music,and break out my sunlamp and pretend it summer.
I bought a space heater at home depot and lug it with me everywhere I go (in my house) like a binky! I broke my arm so it’s a lot of work– but it sure beats shivering — which HURTS!
