In America (or in Texas, as if there is a difference to foreigners), we say that bigger is always better. Nowhere is that more true than with huge penises and over-sized roadside attractions.

For years, enterprising Americans have been building large versions of things in order to draw tourists to their podunk towns, and strangely enough it actually works. The largest ball of twine, in Darwin, Minnesota took 29 years to make, and has its own holiday called “Twine Ball Day”. I guess if the point of life is to do something that will last forever, spending half your life rolling a big ball of string is as worthwhile an achievement as having children or creating political change.
