DIY Clay Mask

Whenever I make my own face mask at home, albeit with avocado or oatmeal-like ingredients, I feel as though my skin feels and looks so much better because I created the mask myself. Similar theory applies to baking, when you put in all that time and effort into something, (even if it’s just in your head) your creation tastes better.

With that in mind, let’s take a look at this ‘DIY’ clay mask. Packed with nourishing ingredients that aim to decongest skin and pores and leave the skin feeling clean and looking.

Ingredients:

  • Clay – Choose from Calcium BentoniteRhassoul Clay or Kaolin (good for sensitive skin)
  • Manuka Honey
  • 1 Lemon
  • Facial Oil
  • Water
  • Air-tght container
  • A Bowl
  • Wooden stirring utensil
