Restoration Hardware does it yet again. They’ve taken old, useless things like broken bird cages and made them simply divine when paired with funky, glamorous chandeliers. Their version is in the $2,000-$3,000 range depending on size, but with a little creativity and garage sale access you can easily make one for under a couple hundred dollars.
