According to E! News, Rihanna and Chris Brown are recording–together– in Santa Monica. I wonder if it’s the much anticipated reconciliation diddy produced by, well, Diddy. Kidding! It’s rumored that Polow Da Don, who has worked with Fergie, Ciara, Usher, and even C-Brown in the past, is holed up in the studio with them. Maybe because he’s helping them lay down a track, or maybe because he walked into the wrong room at the wrong time and is now tied to a chair, gagged and bound; the latest victim of Brown’s wrath. Who knows.
Brown is planning to release the duet on his next album, which is due out later this year. Meanwhile, Rihanna continues to cancel her performances.
I don’t wanna judge, but it sort of sounds like if anyone’s career is going to shrivel up and die because of this controversy, it’s not going to be Brown’s. The people coming down on Chris the hardest weren’t necessarily his fan base to begin with. There’s the “Rihanna asked for it” theorists, and then there’s the people who, while they don’t agree that she deserved to get beaten, think that she’s asking for it by going back to him. Others are begging Rihanna to be a role model; a martyrdom she has yet to accept. Meanwhile, shouts of Brown being a sexy bad-ass are echoing throughout the blogosphere. He’s recording an album, she’s cancelling her tour dates.
Rihanna, leave his ass! Even Oprah said he’ll beat you again. And if Oprah says it, it must be true.
Chris Brown is a good person he does not have a history of violence..cant wait til this is over and he is with a new love.
