When you’re in 5th grade, the thought of climbing onto a big yellow bus and trekking it to school sounds less than appealing. Hell, it still sounds totally awful and I’m 25. The good news though? Your parents still bought you every stinking little thing your heart desired back then and you didn’t even have to spend a dime (unless it was their dime, of course). There was also some pretty sweet shows on TV to watch.
