Because You Can’t Stop Snacking on Crap!

I get it, it’s half way through the end of your work week, 2 hours left to go and you’re out the door. If you are anything like me, you are procrastinating, and snacking. Even though winter is too close for comfort, I still don’t want to have to add any extra insulation with unhealthy snacks (see my cupcake infatuation). As my good friend Jen says about our snack addiction, “its severe i just had another snack.” Yea, I freaking know.  Every time we talk either one of us is talking about what we are eating, or how friggin hungry we are.

Thank you Nature Valley Nut Clusters for curing our mid-day snack craze! They came out with these bite-size pieces of granola-nutty heaven that you can shove in your desk and snack guilt free.  I picked these out for my little Jen because she has a 4.5 hour ride to and from NH from NYC twice a week.  Barf. Tip: Don’t bring the ENTIRE bag with you to work or the car, or else you will eat it all in one sitting.  I mean, I didn’t fall into that trap, but I know some people that would.  Mostly, because Brooke took the bag from me, but that’s besides the point.

They are packed with protein to fill you up, and make you not hungry again in 5 minutes. I personally like the Nut Lovers (that’s what she said), but if you aren’t into all that they have Honey Roasted Peanut, Roasted Cashew, and Roasted Almond.  For only $3.75 a bag, try them all and see which you like the best! Get your sweet and salty kick on without feeling like you have to go work it off.
