I absolutely love that retro trends like pastel shadows are in full bloom this Spring – especially purple shadow. As a green eyed girl, purple shadow is key to make your eyes pop! And since this spring’s theme is neon, don’t be afraid to layer on the shadow like it’s saving your life.
