Beauty Spotting: Minty Conditions

Written by Ashley

Our minty fresh beauty refresher craves.

Mint beauty products are what’s hot in my makeup bag at the moment. Everything from scents, tastes & those ice cold minty colors.  All parties mentioned, below, are guilty of that refreshing twist I’ve need this summer.

1. Bite Beauty Vitamin Gel in Mint [$18 sephora.com]: Thinking about the number of times you lick your lips when wearing product, Bite Beauty made it their mission to insure that some of that stuff you’re ingesting is actually good for you. Infused with Vitamin C, Revesterol (famous for antioxidant powers in red wine) and 100% pure essential oils extracted or expressed from energizing citrus fruit, this stuff won’t go down without helping you get healthier.

2. Vapour Beauty Mesmerize Shimmer Eye Color Treatment in Dream [$18 vapourbeauty.com]: 100% natural and chemical free, Vapour co-founder Eric Sakas says “Adding a touch of pigmented shimmer to your eyes draws attention to your eyes, and brightens your entire face.”  Pair the anti-inflammatory formula (thanks to power add-in Chrysanthemum) with a nude lip and a rosy cheek for a minty cool look.

3. Illamasqua Nail Varnish in Milf [$14 sephora.com]: An amped up way to get minty, Illamasqua’s formula is notoriously long-lasting and highy pigmented. TIP: try only on ring fingers to ease in to this on-trend hue.

4. Lush Fair Trade Foot Lotion [$21.95 lushusa.com]: A stimulating & rich formula with spearmint & peppermint essential oils, you’ll restore circulation while antibacterial/antifungal properties go to work getting tired feet out of a tired hot weather slump. Once you try this stuff, you’ll never want for another foot lotion again.

5. Kiss my Face Grassy Mint Castile Soap [$2.99 kissmyface.com: The ultimately revitalizing combination of grass & minty scents will awake then senses. hand soap, shave gel, bubble bath, facial cleanser, pet shampoo, clothing wash and household cleaner and I can tell you from experience that nothing else will get hair product build-up from the night before like this stuff.
