Beauty Spotting: Great Skin Takes A Lot Of Pâté

Written by Olga

You know what’s really great for your skin? Pâté.

We’ve been talking a lot about vitamin C lately, and rightly so. Vitamin C can help keep your skin looking young and firm. However, vitamin C isn’t enough. To get and keep that healthy glow, you need a healthy dose of vitamin A. According to some studies, the highest ranking food when it comes to vitamin A is animal liver. That’s pâté for you fancy bitches. But if animal liver is a little too much for you to stomach, you can add spices like paprika, cayenne pepper and chili powder to your meals for a vitamin A boost. Other foods with high vitamin A content include sweet potatoes, carrots, dark leafy greens, butternut squash, dried herbs, lettuce, apricots and cantaloupe.
