Beauty Spotting: 5 Fab Facial Cleansers

Give Great Face with These 5 Fab Facial Cleansers!

I may be pure of soul, but I’m not clear of face, and I have a feeling I’m not alone. I don’t know if you’ve gone out shopping for a daily cleanser lately, but it’s seriously a daunting process, considering there are so many choices! To spare you from having to spend tedious hours of testing all the products out there for yourself, I’ve narrowed down the list to my 5 favorite facial cleansers currently on the market:

#1: Moisturize. The Moisturizing Cleanser by Apothederm is smooth and gentle, and moisturizes as it cleans! It removes make-up, dirt and impurities from your skin without stripping your skin of any moisture. Vitamins help protect your skin from damage and free radicals, and your skin will look refreshed and feel oh-so-soft! [$28 on apothederm.com]

#2: Target. Have a problem area – the chin, your forehead, nose, etc? Target problem areas with the help of Neutrogena’s Clear Pore Daily Scrub. Packed with Benzoyl peroxide, this semi-exfoliating formula penetrates pores to kill break-out causing bacteria. I always feel so fresh and clean after using this, and could swear my skin almost looks shiny it’s so clean! Warning – this stuff is intense, which means it gets the job done, but is a bit aggressive, so be weary if you have ultra sensitive skin. [$6.99 available online and in stores]

#3: Foamy freshness. The new Daily Cleanse by Elizabeth Grant is the perfect daily cleanser because it is so light and delivers foamy freshness that cleans without irritation! And as every Elizabeth Grant product, this foaming gel cleanser is only packed with performance enhancing ingredients, and is thus fragrance free. [$22 on elizabethgrant.com]

#4: Rejuvenate. Technically this Face and Body Scrub by Mënaji was developed to resurface a man’s face, but as good as it works, I’d recommend it to anybody who can get their hands on it! It has a very light and almost citrussy scent, and delivers the most aggressive exfoliation in a gel cleanser I’ve come across so far. Packed with natural blends of vitamins and botanicals, this refreshing face scrub removes every last dead cell for a clean and clear face. [$30 on menaji.com]

#5: Clean & firm. For those of you who want a deep clean and clear face without using an abrasive scrub, try Vichy’s Normaderm Deep Cleansing Gel  with Salicylic Acid, Totarol, and Eperuline. These three miracle ingredients combine to purify your skin without drying it out and gently eliminate impurities, leaving your face feeling immediately smooth and soothed. [$17 on vichy.com]
