Art Spotting: Getting creative with Bagvertising

Written by Gary

It is said that advertising is our generation’s true form of art, and that nowadays the DaVincis and Michaelangelos of our time spend their creativity on billboards and magazine ads rather than canvases. Creativity can take many different forms though, and any artist will tell you that creating art is just a way to get rid of the self-expression that is always simmering under the surface. Enter these bags.

The cool thing about advertising is that people are constantly finding new and interesting places to get a message across. Especially around this time of year people are always running around like crazy people shopping- leaving thousands of blank canvases (the shopping bags, for our slower readers) ready to be taken advantage of.

After all, who hasn’t wished at one point or another that they could wring someone’s neck? (For our married readers, I am referring to your in-laws.)
