A Zen-like Buzz

Written by Bryce

Last night was a wild one.  Let me set the scene:  We had 3 rockstars, a tabloid reporter, a crazy lady, and myself huddled around the dining room table.  By now, you all know Matt, and that his music videos are all over MTV… that’s just how we roll around here.

So the cocktails started free-flowing by 7:45.  The rockstars are all mindful of each and every calorie they imbibe though.  As Matt says, “Young American girls need to be our fans.  And that means I have to be a skinny emo guy.”  So I had to find the perfect cocktail that mixes well with Sprite Zero.  WTF.  I had no choice to go on the hunt for something unusual (hipsters don’t dig the norm), pleasing to the eye, and perfect on the palette.  I found it.  Zen.  It’s effing delicious.  It’s mildly sweet and mixes perfectly with anything.  We tried it with Sprite Zero, club soda, and even straight up on the rocks.  At 40 proof, you’re not going to get knocked off your socks immediately, either.  Perfect for a long night of cocktails and craziness.

Matt loved Zen so much that he was still drinking it this morning as he started his work for the day…

Heck, I love it, too.  I might just become their lower-Manhattan spokesperson.

Zen is made from real green tea leaves, herbs, and natural flavors.  You can find it all over NYC for about $30!
