My super-stylish Scottish friend, Ashleigh, recently let me in on a new accessory trend that’s becoming popular in London and the rest of the UK: Thomas Sabo charm bracelets.
“They are very cute, only space for one charm but I really like them,†Ashleigh told me. “I am not really into accessorizing that much but this I can do.â€
“What I like about it is that it’s not too dressy so you can wear it with just about anything.  It’s relatively inexpensive, the bracelet is only £24.99 (about $40) but it looks expensive.â€
The charms are not cheap — they also start around $40 – but the selection is expansive, with around 450 different pendants. You can choose from a tiny Buddha, to a silver pacifier, to a pair of miniature lederhosen or a simple heart charm.
“I have a beautiful red charm on mine, very effective,†Ashleigh tells me in her adorable Scottish accent.
