A Hot Tailored Suit = No Swine Flu

Written by Bryce

It’s October, and you’re probably thinking “My boyfriend needs a new suit and a swine flu shot.”  I mean, that would be my train of thought if I had a boyfriend.  Thanks Haruyama Trading Co, for producing the first sexy suit to combat the H1N1 virus!  Adios to Zegna, Armani, and Prada.

Starting Thursday the company will start selling the 50,000 suits they produced.  This innovative Japanese company coats the suits with the chemical titanium dioxide, which breaks down the H1N1 virus by reacting to light.  Titanium Dioxide is also commonly used in cosmetics and toothpaste.

The suit comes in 4 colors and styles: charcoal, navy, grey pinstripe, and a medium grey.  And heck, at about $500, it’s cheaper than a Prada anyway.  After about a year of research it’s been determined that the anti-viral properties of the suit stand up to several washes.

18 people have died in Japan from the H1N1 strain so far, and the people of Japan are ready to take a fashionable (and practical) stand against the germs.
