1 8oz. bowl of Tribe Hummus (Classic is used in the photo, but any flavor is fine)

1 small tub of your preferred brand of Greek yogurt

1 cup of finely diced cucumber
1 cup of finely diced tomato
1 stalk of green onion, chopped
1 small container of crumbled feta cheese
1 cup chopped black olives

Layer diced cucumber, tomato, Greek yogurt and hummus in a deep bowl. The top layer should be hummus, because starting and ending every journey with hummus is the right approach to life.

When you reach the top of the bowl, cover it with the chopped olives, crumbled feta, some of the green onion and remaining cucumber and tomatoes. Do a victory dance around your Greek hummus dip bowl. But seriously, you’re going to be mega league proud of yourself when you taste how delish this is and when you see the happy faces sitting on your sofa, asking for more.

Serve with pita chips, pita bread and fresh veggies.

Pairs particularly well with beer, white wine, mixed vodka drinks, or even a chilled glass of unflavored kombucha.
