5 Things You Should Do Today No Matter What

1. Say Hi to Someone New. It’ll make you feel good, and probably the other person too!

2. Have a Wild Meal. If you’re used to getting Italian takeout for dinner, try something bold and new… like Ethiopian, Indian, or kebab.

3. Sit, Don’t Sprinkle. Ladies, if you need to use a public bathroom today please sit. Don’t sprinkle. Public toilet seats are only gross because of sprinklers that hover, like you. Be a champ and lay some TP down.

4. Get Fit at Your Desk. Do 5-10 series of calf raises at your desk. You can easily do this by doing one set of 20 reps at the top of every hour. If you do this every day, you’ll be pretty happy with your legs by the time it’s warm enough to bare some skin.

5. Treat Yourself. Every girl deserves a little beauty treat every day. Try softening your cuticles on your train home with some shea butter, deep conditioning your hair before you go to sleep, or keeping a giant pump bottle of lotion at your desk so you know you’re skin is hydrated and smooth all day.

  • Between last night and today I did 1-3!
    Last night, I ordered something I wouldn’t usually get for an appetizer(bone marrow w/toast) and it was great. I always say hello and greet people who come across my path and do #2. Today I am going to call an old family friend to wish him a Happy Birthday! Maybe I will get some Ojon and deep condition my hair before bed. Have a great weekend Luxury Spot!
