Ketchup: Now More Than Ever
By Bryce • Feb 8th, 2010 • Category: FOOD AND TRAVEL, Food
I love ketchup. And I love that the great people at H.J. Heinz is finally getting the clue: those damn packets are a pain in the you-know-what to open.
Last Thursday, the company unveiled the Heinz Dip & Squeeze for restaurants. It’s more similar to the little cup of BBQ sauce you get at crappy fast food joints, and we like that. Less mess + easier dipping = happier meals for me!
Engineering note: you can peel back the lid OR top off the top for easy burger squeezing. Genius. I’m assuming they had a team of Indian university students come up with this, because it seems beyond American ingenuity.
