Long Island: Do You Never Learn?!
By Bryce • Nov 22nd, 2009 • Category: SHINFODear Long Island,
I recognize that the blog posts I’ve written about your people have only been viewed by a few hundred thousand people, and maybe that’s just not enough. I probably need all of NYC’s 8 million people to get behind me on this one… You need to tame your obsession with tanning, hair gel, and horrible fashion. Why? Because I live so close to you, and I can smell your disgusting Hugo Boss cologne wafting across the river.
Photo evidence of your issues below.
Sincerely,
Bryce Gruber

Impressive. I really can’t say any more.
I refuse to believe the majority of these are real
Oh my!
What’s the problem?
These are Guidos and Guiodettes
Believe it renee..it is the sad truth..
Totally agree. <3 this.
I know they are real, I laugh at them everyday on the subway. I just don’t want to meet them. That “rich girl” is frightening. That is a girl, isn’t it?
Yes it’s a girl! My girl, I gave her that hat and her annual membership to skincancer indoors.com
Long Island? I thought they were from Jersey!
this is sooo gross.
These girls are as disgusting as the tanning beds they pick up herpes in.. ugh. I’m from LI and clearly they give all LI girls a bad name. I’m naturally pale and 100% fine with that and spend more time living life then painting 10 layers of grossness on my face and finding clothes that make me resemble a $2 hooker.
[...] yesterday’s open letter to the people of Long Island not enough? Following that letter, several readers wrote in with photo [...]
Hysterical.
cute cigarette holder…3rd picture down. classy.
your open letter to LI- way too generalized. i have to completely agree with Danielle. Not all of us like to resemble the crayon color burnt orange and i sure as hell can say that my friends and i do not dress up like that. some Long Islanders do maintain a bit of class. we may be the minority, but for god’s sake, don’t lump all of us together.
