Icing on the Makeover Cake…

(I was depressed this summer. I ate a lot.) So…it was unfortunate that a lot of dresses and pants that celeb stylist Alegra Torel picked out for me didn’t *quite* fit.

But, then…a ray of hope! The gals at the Luxury Spot hooked me up with some shapewear from Maidenform that totally slimmed me down and really made me look like a million bucks in that new Narciso Rodriguez dress. It’s a little Bridget Jones, yes, but they have all sorts of pieces — skirts, shorts, etc. — at great prices and so it’s a totally easy investment — especially given the confidence boost in fitted clothes. (And that’s coming from someone who is frequently chided for not being quite confident enough…)
