At the risk of sounding like a mad scientist, no, I’m not kidding. I love coffee, I love tea, why choose? So here’s the recipe… Try it yourself and then see if you’re still making fun of me.
Cofftea Soy Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Starbucks Italian Roast VIA instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon of Village Tea Co’s Sweet Grace Vanilla loose leaf tea
- 1/4 cup of Silk Vanilla Soymilk
Procedure:
- Pour 8 ounces of hot water
- Steep tea leaves in a self-straining spoon for 3 minutes
- Add instant coffee packet, stir
- Add soymilk, stir a lil more
- Sip, enjoy, feel zen and awake simultaneously.

The tea is slightly sweet, nutty, and vanilla-y and is a perfect backdrop for the earthy, bold taste of the coffee. You can’t go wrong. Try it, if you don’t like it you can leave posts all over this blog like “Bryce, you’re nuts.”
