Material Girl has no Pre-nup!

Madonna and Guy Ritchie announced their plans to divorce recently. The 50 year-old pop star and her 40 year-old hubby are calling the quits on their 8 year marriage. Rumors about a troubled marriage started this summer when stories surfaced about affair between Madonna and Yankee baseball player Alex Rodriguez. The rumors were denied and the British couple made many attempts to prove their marriage was fine, Guy threw Madonna a 50th birthday party and she celebrated his 40th in London at the premire of his new movie RocknRolla. But the happiness did not last long, the British tabloids have been reporting the looming split for the past few days. It has also been reported that Madonna has hired the same celebrity divorce lawyer that Paul McCartney hired when divorcing from Heather Mills.
The most shocking part of the split? There is NO prenuptial agreement!!!!! While a settlement hasn’t been reached, Ritchie could walk away with as much as $100 million of the singer’s $500 million fortune!
